About the company
Prosus is a global consumer internet group and one of the largest technology investors in the world, with a primary listing on Euronext Amsterdam and a secondary listing on the JSE. The company holds a major stake in Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings and operates e-commerce, food delivery, payments, and classifieds businesses across more than 90 countries. It was spun off from Naspers in 2019 and is majority-owned by Naspers.
