About the company
Nickel Asia Corporation is the largest nickel ore miner in the Philippines and one of the world's largest producers of saprolite and limonite nickel ore, with mining operations in Surigao del Norte and Palawan. Its nickel ore is exported primarily to Japan, China, and South Korea for use in stainless steel and battery manufacturing. The company also co-owns the Coral Bay Nickel Corporation and Taganito HPAL Nickel Corporation mixed hydroxide precipitate plants.
