About the company
BVC is the operator of Colombia's principal securities exchange, providing trading infrastructure for equities, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, and over-the-counter markets. The exchange was established in 2001 through the merger of the Bogotá, Medellín, and Cali stock exchanges. It also owns a majority stake in the central securities depository Deceval.
