About the company
Growthpoint Properties is South Africa's largest domestically listed REIT by market capitalisation, with a diversified property portfolio comprising retail, office, and industrial assets in South Africa, as well as interests in Australian, Polish, and UK real estate through investee companies. The trust was converted to a REIT structure in 2013 and distributes the majority of its earnings to shareholders. Growthpoint also holds a stake in Capital & Counties Properties plc in the UK.
