International Holding Company (IHC) is a large diversified conglomerate headquartered in Abu Dhabi, with subsidiaries spanning healthcare, real estate, agriculture, food production, technology, and financial services. It has grown rapidly through acquisitions and is majority-owned by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan. As of mid-2026 it is the most valuable listed company in the UAE, accounting for over 25% of the combined ADX and DFM market capitalisation.
