Emirates NBD is one of the largest banking groups in the Middle East by assets, headquartered in Dubai and majority-owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai. The bank operates across the UAE and internationally in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, India, the UK, and Turkey. In 2025 it agreed to acquire a controlling stake in India's RBL Bank for approximately USD 3 billion.
