The Commercial Bank (CBQ), incorporated in 1974, is one of Qatar's largest conventional banks offering retail, corporate, and investment banking products. It provides insurance, letters of credit, foreign exchange, fund transfer, internet banking, and wealth management services in Qatar and internationally. The bank has associate bank interests in the UAE (National Bank of Oman) and Turkey (Alternatifbank).
