Nebras Energy Q.P.S.C. (formerly Qatar Electricity and Water Company, renamed January 2026) invests in, develops, owns, and operates electricity generation and water desalination plants in Qatar and internationally. The company owns three power generation stations and six water desalination stations, supplying electricity and desalinated water to Qatar via Kahramaa. It was founded in 1990 and the Qatar government holds approximately 43%.
