Euronext Athens Holding S.A. is the operator of the Athens stock and derivatives exchange, rebranded from Hellenic Exchanges – Athens Stock Exchange S.A. following Euronext's acquisition of a controlling stake completed in late 2025. The company provides trading, clearing, settlement, and market data services for Greek equity and derivatives markets. Euronext N.V. now holds a majority controlling interest.
