Pakistan Refinery Limited is one of the country's oldest petroleum refineries, located in Karachi. It processes crude oil into refined petroleum products including petrol, diesel, jet fuel, and furnace oil. The refinery is part-owned by Shell and is undergoing a major upgrade project to improve complexity and yield.
