Komercijalna Banka a.d. Beograd was one of Serbia's largest commercial banks by assets and deposit base. Following its acquisition by NLB Group (Slovenia) in 2020, it was merged into NLB Komercijalna Banka; shares continue to trade on BELEX. It offers retail, SME, and corporate banking products across a wide branch network in Serbia.
