GoTo is Indonesia's largest technology company, formed by the merger of ride-hailing and on-demand services platform Gojek and e-commerce platform Tokopedia in 2021. The combined entity offers services including transport, food delivery, financial services (GoPay), and logistics. It listed on IDX in April 2022 in one of Southeast Asia's largest-ever tech IPOs.
