Rede D'Or is the largest private hospital network in Brazil, operating a chain of high-complexity hospitals primarily in the Southeast and Northeast regions. It has grown through acquisitions and organic expansion and also operates oncology and diagnostic clinics. The company listed on B3 in December 2020 in one of the largest Brazilian IPOs on record.
