ADNOC Gas is the gas processing and LNG arm of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), listed on the ADX in March 2023 in one of the region's largest IPOs. It processes, liquefies, and distributes natural gas and LNG, primarily serving domestic and export markets. ADNOC retains a majority stake; the company is a critical part of the UAE's hydrocarbon infrastructure.
