PKN Orlen is the state-controlled integrated energy and petrochemical conglomerate and the largest Polish company by revenue, reporting approximately PLN 290 billion (~$72 billion USD) in annual revenues. Following mergers with Lotos and PGNiG, Orlen operates refineries, petrol stations, gas distribution, and upstream assets across Central Europe. It is the sole Polish company on the Forbes Global 2000 list.
