Empresas Copec is one of Chile's largest conglomerates, with core operations in fuel distribution (through its Copec service station network), forestry and pulp (through Arauco), and fisheries. It is controlled by the Angelini Group and has significant operations across Latin America and internationally. Its forestry subsidiary Arauco is one of the world's largest pulp producers.
