Pharol is a holding company that emerged from the restructuring of Portugal Telecom after its investment in the distressed Brazilian telecom group Oi. The company's primary asset is a residual stake in the Oi legal proceedings and associated receivables. It is among the smallest market-cap constituents on Euronext Lisbon.
