About the company
Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) is the state-controlled producer and exporter of phosphate rock and fertilisers in Jordan, one of the world's largest phosphate reserves holders. The company produced approximately 11.5 million tonnes of phosphate in 2024 and is investing in new flotation-based processing capacity at the Shaidiya mine. JPMC is a major contributor to Jordan's export revenues and the industrial sector index on the ASE.
