stc Kuwait (formerly Viva Kuwait) is the third mobile network operator in Kuwait, a subsidiary of Saudi Telecom Company. It provides 4G/5G mobile, fixed broadband, and enterprise ICT services. The company competes with Zain and Ooredoo Kuwait in the domestic telecommunications market.
