Bank of Cyprus is the largest financial institution in Cyprus by assets and market capitalisation, established in 1899 and headquartered in Strovolos, Nicosia. It is directly supervised by the European Central Bank as a Significant Institution. As of late 2024 the bank operates 56 branches across Cyprus and maintains representative offices internationally; in September 2024 it ended its London Stock Exchange listing and relisted on the Athens Stock Exchange.
