Raízen is a joint venture between Cosan and Shell, and is one of the world's largest producers of sugar and ethanol as well as Brazil's second-largest fuel distribution network through Shell-branded service stations. Raízen plays a key role in Brazil's ambition to lead the global biofuels market.
