The Saudi National Bank was formed in 2021 through the merger of National Commercial Bank (NCB) and Samba Financial Group, making it the largest bank in Saudi Arabia by total assets. SNB provides retail, corporate, and investment banking services, and is majority state-owned through the Public Investment Fund (PIF). It is a constituent of major EM indices.
