Gulf Energy Development is one of Thailand's largest independent power producers, operating gas-fired, solar, and wind power plants under long-term power purchase agreements with the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). It has expanded internationally into LNG and digital infrastructure. Gulf merged with Intouch Holdings in 2023.
