Ayala Land is the real estate development arm of Ayala Corporation and one of the largest property developers in the Philippines. It develops residential communities, commercial centers, offices, hotels, and resorts across the country. Its flagship Makati Central Business District development is among the most prominent commercial districts in Southeast Asia.
