OPAP is the leading gaming company in Greece, holding exclusive rights to operate numerical lotteries, sports betting (PAME STOIXIMA), and other gaming products. The company also operates the VLT (Video Lottery Terminal) concession in Greece through subsidiary Hellenic Lotteries. OPAP is majority-owned by Emma Delta, a Czech-led consortium, and is one of the most liquid stocks on the Athens exchange.
