Terna Energy is one of the largest renewable energy producers in Greece, with a growing portfolio of wind, solar, and hydroelectric capacity across Greece, Eastern Europe, and the US. The company is a subsidiary of GEK Terna Group. Terna Energy has been delisted via a take-private transaction in 2024 after GEK Terna announced an acquisition offer.
