Falabella is the largest retailer in Chile and one of the largest in Latin America, operating department stores, home improvement stores (Sodimac), supermarkets (Tottus), and a financial services arm (Banco Falabella) across Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. The company is controlled by the Solari and Del Río families. It trades exclusively on the Bolsa de Santiago without a US ADR.
