Itaú Corpbanca is the Chilean and Colombian banking subsidiary of Brazil's Itaú Unibanco, formed from the 2016 merger of CorpBanca and Itaú Chile. It provides retail and corporate banking services in Chile and Colombia. The bank is listed on the Bolsa de Santiago and the New York Stock Exchange.
