Grupo Energía Bogotá is a public utility holding company controlled by the Bogotá District government, with interests in electricity transmission, natural gas distribution, and energy infrastructure across Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and Guatemala. It is one of the most important energy infrastructure companies in the Andean region. The company also holds a stake in ISA (now controlled by Ecopetrol).
