Bank of Africa – Bénin provides retail, corporate, and investment banking services in Benin and is headquartered in Cotonou. Founded in 1983, it is a subsidiary of the Bank of Africa Group, part of the BMCE Bank of Africa international network. Following a capital increase in late 2024, its total shares doubled to approximately 40.6 million, reinforcing its position as the largest Benin-domiciled listed company on the BRVM.
