Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited is a government-owned oil refiner and fuel marketer, operating refineries in Mumbai, Kochi, and Bina and a large retail fuel station network across India. It is a Navratna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. BPCL is also expanding into petrochemicals, natural gas, and renewable energy.
