Jollibee Foods Corporation is the Philippines' largest fast-food operator and one of the largest restaurant chains in Asia, with more than 9,000 stores worldwide under brands including Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Mang Inasal, and international acquisitions such as The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Smashburger, and Tim Ho Wan. Founded in 1978 in the Philippines, Jollibee has expanded aggressively into North America, Europe, and Asia. The company announced plans to spin off its international business for a potential US listing by 2027.
