Manila Water Company is the concessionaire for water distribution and wastewater management in the eastern zone of Metro Manila under a concession agreement with the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS). It serves approximately 1.8 million connections across Metro Manila and surrounding areas. Manila Water is a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and has expanded internationally through water concessions in Vietnam, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian markets.
