PAL Holdings, Inc. is the holding company of Philippine Airlines (PAL), the flag carrier and oldest commercial airline in Asia. Philippine Airlines operates international and domestic routes across Asia, the Pacific, North America, and the Middle East, with a hub at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. The airline completed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring in 2021 and relaunched its operations with a smaller fleet and leaner cost structure. PAL Holdings is controlled by Lucio Tan.
