Citicore Energy REIT Corp. is the Philippines' first and largest renewable energy REIT, with a portfolio of solar power plants that it leases to renewable energy developers under long-term agreements. Listed on the PSE in February 2022, the REIT is sponsored by Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation and distributes rental income generated from photovoltaic solar farms located across multiple Philippine provinces to its shareholders.
