Ulker Biskuvi is Turkey's leading confectionery and biscuit manufacturer, producing biscuits, chocolate, wafers, and snack products under the Ulker brand. Part of Yildiz Holding, the company is one of the largest food producers in Turkey with significant export operations to Europe and the Middle East. Yildiz Holding also controls global snack group pladis, which owns McVitie's.
