Misr Cement (Qena) is an Egyptian cement producer operating a plant in the Qena governorate in Upper Egypt, serving construction and infrastructure demand in the southern regions of the country. The company produces ordinary Portland cement and is majority-owned by the Egyptian government via the Holding Company for Construction and Development. It was one of the standout performers in the EGX's 2025 market rally.
