OMV Petrom is the largest oil and gas company in southeastern Europe, engaged in exploration, production, refining, and marketing of oil, natural gas, and petroleum products. The company is majority owned by Austria's OMV AG and the Romanian state. It operates the Petrobrazi refinery and a wide network of retail petrol stations under the Petrom and OMV brands across Romania and neighboring countries.
