Bursa de Valori Bucuresti is the operator of Romania's main regulated stock exchange, providing listing, trading, clearing, and post-trade services for equities, bonds, and derivatives. The exchange itself is publicly listed and has been growing revenues as trading volumes and listings increased significantly over 2024 and 2025. BVB has been pursuing EU market infrastructure upgrades to attract more international listings and investors.
