National Bank of Oman is one of the country's oldest and largest commercial banks, offering retail, corporate, and Islamic banking services throughout the sultanate. The bank is partly owned by Commercial International Bank (Egypt) and has maintained consistent profitability through disciplined loan growth and asset quality management. Its market capitalisation was approximately $1.54 billion as of late 2025.
