Prosus is the international internet assets vehicle spun out of Naspers, listed on Euronext Amsterdam and the JSE since September 2019. It is Europe's largest listed consumer internet company and holds Naspers's stake in Tencent Holdings among other global technology investments. Its JSE listing provides South African investors direct access to its global tech portfolio.
