Cosumar is Morocco's sole sugar refiner and producer, holding a national monopoly on sugar production through beet and cane processing. The company operates refineries in Casablanca and sugar extraction plants in key agricultural regions. It is majority-owned by Wilmar International via Moroccan holding entities and supplies both domestic and export markets.
