BMCI is the Moroccan subsidiary of BNP Paribas, operating a nationwide commercial banking network for retail, corporate, and investment banking clients. As of early 2026, BNP Paribas had entered exclusive discussions to sell its 67% stake to the Moroccan Holmarcom Group. BMCI is one of the longer-established foreign-owned banks in the Moroccan market.
