KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (KMG EP) is the upstream subsidiary of the state-owned national oil company KazMunaiGas, engaged in oil and gas exploration and production primarily in western Kazakhstan. The company operates several major oilfields and is one of Kazakhstan's largest oil producers. Its GDRs are traded on the London Stock Exchange.
