Premier Energy is a regional energy group with operations in electricity distribution, supply, and gas distribution across Romania and Moldova. The company conducted its IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in May 2024, raising EUR 140 million. It is one of the newer large-cap entrants on the BVB main market.
