Omantel is Oman's first and largest integrated telecommunications operator, providing fixed-line, mobile, broadband, and enterprise ICT services. The government of Oman holds a majority stake through the State General Reserve Fund and related entities. Omantel also owns a significant stake in Zain Group, the Kuwait-based pan-GCC and African mobile operator.
