Bulgarian Stock Exchange AD (BSE) is the sole licensed stock exchange operating in Bulgaria, founded in 1991 and 50.5% owned by the Bulgarian government. It is itself listed on the BSE regular market segment, providing a unique self-listing structure. The exchange provides trading in equities, bonds, and other financial instruments.
