Advance Terrafund is one of Bulgaria's largest agricultural land REITs (special purpose investment companies), investing primarily in arable land across Bulgaria. It distributes income from land leases to shareholders and is listed on the BSE SPV segment. The fund is a common vehicle for exposure to Bulgarian farmland.
