Oragroup SA is a pan-African banking group headquartered in Lomé, Togo, operating in 12 countries across West and Central Africa. Founded in 1988, it offers personal and business banking services including loans, bank cards, insurance, money transfer, and currency exchange through approximately 139 branches and over 1,800 employees. Oragroup completed its IPO on the BRVM in April 2019, raising XOF 56 billion in the largest IPO recorded on the exchange at that time.
