Ambev is the largest brewing and beverage company in Brazil and one of the largest in Latin America, producing and distributing beer, soft drinks, and other beverages under brands including Skol, Brahma, Antarctica, and Guaraná Antarctica. The company is a subsidiary of AB InBev and operates bottling plants across Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and several Caribbean countries. Ambev distributes PepsiCo products in Brazil under a long-term licensing arrangement.
